The laboratory runs under the direction of Professor Govaris Alexander and personnel, lecturers Pexara Andreana and Solomakos Nikolaοs. The laboratory consists of two areas and appropriate equipment for microbiological and chemical analysis of food. The laboratory also occupies research postgraduate students from graduate programs with participating faculty members. It also provides services to food companies in food analysis.
