The Lab covers teaching and research needs in the fields of local and regional development policies, planning, evaluation and management of investment projects and development projects, public economic policies, the utilization of human resources, development of urban and rural areas, analysis and evaluation of EU policies and development programs. It focuses on planning and evaluation of development interventions at all levels of space from the micro scale (individual projects or investments) to the macro scale (National or European policies). It also deals with issues of development interventions, as well as with of organizational aspects of public administration and local government.
