These terms of service cover your payment procedure provided by Research Committee of University of Thessaly, with the cooperation of Alpha Bank e-Commerce Service.

Methods of payment
Payment can be made by debit, credit and prepaid cards via the Alpha e-Commerce service:
- American Express
- Visa, Visa Electron
- MasterCard
- Maestro
Research Committee of University of Thessaly neither has access nor preserves any details related to your card.
Payment confirmation
As soon as your online transaction is completed with success, Alpha Bank sends a confirmation e-mail to the specified Card Holder Email with the details of the transaction. It is recommended to save this confirmation e-mail for future reference if needed.
Please note that this confirmation e-mail only indicates that your transaction has been processed successfully by Alpha e-Commerce Service. It does not indicate that your registration has been accepted by the conference/ studies program organizers. The responsibility of the Research Committee of University of Thessaly is to confirm to the organizers in reference that your transaction has been completed. The organizers will then be able to verify your registration based on the completion of your transaction and when full payment for the registration fee is submitted.
Research Committee of University of Thessaly monitors the e-commerce transactions through the Alpha e-Commerce BackOffice Tool.
Cancellation Conditions
In case of an error refunds will be offered, unless the studies program / conference terms for which the payment has been completed specify otherwise.
